Role: Lead Product Architect & Strategic Consultant
The client, a major regional wholesaler (KC), operated on a legacy infrastructure where critical business data (10,000+ SKU, real-time stock levels, tiered pricing) was trapped in a static ERP system (1C).

The Challenge The objective was to transition KC, a traditional large-scale electrical wholesaler, into a digital-first market leader. The project required building an ecosystem capable of handling complex B2B sales logic, massive product volumes, and real-time data flow between legacy ERP systems and the web.

The Solution: Engineering a Business Operating System I didn’t just launch a website; I engineered a high-integrity digital infrastructure designed for long-term scalability.

  • Unified Data Core: Established a robust bridge between the ERP (1C) and the e-commerce platform, ensuring real-time accuracy for 7,000+ SKU, dynamic pricing, and stock levels.

  • Automation-First Approach: Deployed custom Python and Playwright tools to automate catalog maintenance and inventory monitoring. This drastically reduced operational overhead and eliminated human error in data management.

  • Technical SEO as a Growth Engine: Architected the site’s data structure from the ground up for maximum search visibility. This strategic foundation led to a 450% surge in organic traffic, securing KC’s dominance in the search results for nearly a decade.

  • AdTech & CRM Integration: Developed internal B2B advertising tools and a multi-tiered automated retention system, transforming the platform into a proactive sales machine.

The Impact The infrastructure I established in 2016 remains the core revenue driver for the company today. Due to the high quality of the initial architecture, the system has sustained its market leadership for over 8 years without requiring a structural rebuild. Currently, I continue to provide strategic stewardship, integrating modern AI-driven automation into the established KC ecosystem.
